The apartment is located on the East Coast of the island, in the village of Drios.  Situated on a quiet coastal street, there are both sea and sunrise views. 

 

Drios village and all its amenities are just a few minutes walk away. Here you can find a mini-market; coffee shop; ATM; bus stop; restaurants and bars. There are, of course, gorgeous pristine beaches also on the doorstep.

The closest beach is Chrisi Akti (Golden Beach). It can be reached on foot (20 minutes) or within just a couple of minutes drive. Other beaches just a hop, skip and jump away are:

Tserdakia (New Golden Beach) - 5 minute drive

Lolandonis - 5 minute drive

Glyfa; Trypiti and Logaras - 7 minute drive

From the apartment, you can easily do a lot on foot, locally, or jump on a bus from the village to get around the island.
I do, however, recommend hiring a car or scooter in order to more easily visit the whole island.
